Guide to Being Broke & Fabulous zine is a contemporary self-help publication that aims to navigate modern life on a serious budget - BUT IN STYLE. From confidence, recipes, to navigating dates on the cheap AND MORE; Guide to Being Broke & Fabulous covers simple techniques that make cheap living less of a bummer.

Guide to Being Broke & Fabulous was published as part of my residency at Spudnik Press in Chicago, IL back in 2015. The zine’s first run was funded by a successful Kickstarter campaign. This edition of the zine (approximately 85 copies) was printed from an original template kept at the Maryland Institute College of Art Decker Library. Special thanks to the library for lending me this original, I’ve added details and closing remarks in an epilogue to this edition.

The zine is 5” x 7.5” in size and 32 pages in length. The zine is saddle-stitched and was originally published through Vice Versa Press. A mix of photocopy and risograph were used to print this edition.

Price includes shipping anywhere in the USA.
